These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wg8 platform, available at wg8.im, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on wg8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To open an account on wg8 you must:

• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Hold only one active account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

wg8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents accepted include a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. KYC review is completed within 24 hours and is required before your first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. wg8 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Any activity performed using your account credentials is considered your responsibility. wg8 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on wg8 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Deposits are processed within approximately 1 minute. wg8 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 for Bronze members; higher tiers receive increased limits as detailed in the VIP programme. Standard withdrawal processing takes approximately 5 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while KYC is confirmed.

All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party transfers are not permitted. wg8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud checks or KYC review.

wg8 offers a range of promotions including a first deposit bonus, reload bonuses, daily cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules:

• The first deposit bonus is 100% up to ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 12× the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds must be used within 7 days of crediting, after which they expire.
• The reload bonus is 20% on qualifying deposits. The same 12× wagering requirement applies.
• Daily cashback is 1.2% on net losses (rates increase with VIP tier).
• The referral bonus is ৳100 per qualifying referred player.
• Only one active bonus may apply at a time. Bonus stacking is not permitted.
• wg8 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

All games on wg8 are provided by licensed third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, KA Gaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Sexy Gaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer draws, depending on the game type.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, wg8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wg8:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system errors for financial gain.

Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

wg8's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
